WALK FOR LIFE: A fundraiser to benefit Freeport Pregnancy Center. Please join us for this year’s Walk for Life on Sept 17th at Koening Shelter/Krape Park. 10:00 Registration, 10:30 Walk followed by lunch & prizes. 11:45 Family Fun Day including carnival games, face painting, cotton candy, popcorn and more! We have sponsor pledge forms available in the Welcome Center. Ask your friends and family to sponsor you! KIDS CLUB: Wednesday night Kids Club (age 4 - 6th grade) will be starting on Oct 5th at 7:00 pm. Coordinator Cathy Hull needs helpers. OUR DAILY BREAD DEVOTIONALS AVAILABLE: Copies of the Sep-Nov edition of the Our Daily Bread devotionals are available in the Welcome Center. SEPTEMBER BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY LIST AVAILABLE: Copies of the Sept birthday/anniversary list are available on the north table in the foyer for those who were not here when they were distributed. ADULT SENIORS LUNCHEON: We are planning a luncheon on Tuesday, September 20th at noon at the church for all senior adults. Join us for a wonderful time of food and fellowship. The church will provide the meat, table service and drink. We are asking you to bring a side dish or dessert. Please invite your friends to attend also. A sign up sheet will be passed during church today. VILLAGE NEWSPAPER AVAILABLE: Copies of the Sep. Echoes of Cedarville village newspaper are available on the table in the Welcome Center for those who are interested. COPIES OF ANY SERMON: We have sermons on our website (www.cedarec.org). Select: Menu, Ministries, Sermons. If you would rather have a CD, there are copies available in the Welcome Center. HOMETOUCH: Copies of the Sept HomeTouch paper are available on the table in the Welcome Center for anyone who would like one. They are great to take to shut-ins or the home bound. SALVATION ARMY IN FREEPORT: There is a food shortage at the Salvation Army and they are asking for food donations of canned goods and non-perishable items. They need things like canned fruits & vegetables, peanut butter and pasta sauces. Let’s help our community by collecting as many items as we can to give to them. There will be a box in the foyer for your donations. Thank You!
