ANNUAL FAMILY GATHERING: Please plan to attend our Annual Family Gathering to be held today Sunday, Dec. 2nd after the worship service (approx. 11:00 AM). We would like for everyone (members and nonmembers) to attend. We will be voting on the proposed Church Ministry Investment Budget, voting to reaffirm the current Elders and to reaffirm the current Deacon and Deaconesses. We will also share about some of the new ministries started this year, share about some of the highlights from this year, and share some of the plans and vision for 2019. Copies of the proposed budget, and reports from some of our ministry teams are available in the Welcome Center. CHURCH CHRISTMAS DECORATING: We are asking for your help to decorate the church for Christmas. Today Nov. 25, we need people to help bring all the Christmas trees and decorations upstairs after the service. On Wednesday, Nov. 28, we are going to start decorating around 4:00 pm . The more people that come and help, the faster it will go! INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS: There will be two informational meetings prior to our Annual Family Gathering. Those meetings will be on Sunday Nov. 25th at 6:00 PM and Thursday Nov. 29th at 6:00 PM. The purpose of these meetings is for you to ask the elders questions related to the proposed 2019 budget or questions on any other topics.
